Use ONLY when booked through Airbnb's photo program ***PLEASE USE THE ADDRESS WHERE THE SHOOT WILL HAPPEN IN THE ADDRESS FIELD, NOT YOUR HOME ADDRESS*** *Be sure to check the weather for the day you intend to book* If you got a quote, Airbnb will take the fee for the shoot out of your bookings Or Superhost bonus should be no charge Tips for the photo shoot: Make sure the space is how you would normally have it setup for guests! And make sure it’s ready before we arrive. Inside: * Replace any burnt out light bulbs Only use matching colour temperatures * Straighten / level out art and photos on your walls, especially ones above the bed * Clear all clutter off all surfaces * Wrap up wires for lamps, kitchen appliances, TVs, cable boxes etc... * Toilet lids down * Leave lamps turned off as they cast unwanted colour casts * Open all the window covers completely *make sure they are level before we arrive* if they aren’t working properly. * Turn off ceiling fans  * Vacuum carpets * Polish those taps! I take close-up detail shots * Set the table for Airbnbs Outside: * Remove cars from garage, driveway or in front of home if applicable ***Move your garbage and recycling bins away from the front of the house*** * Clean off outside furniture / BBQ / windows  * Remove BBQ cover and hot tub cover if you have one * Shovel or sweep walkways and patios If you're in an apartment. I can also duplicate key fobs for door access. $30 for one or $50 for two $130 Exterior reshoot, Twilight visit 10-15 photos
