2026 Service Updates & Enhancements – Effective January 1, 2026

Dear Valued Clients,

As we head into 2026, we’d like to thank you for your continued trust and support. We’re excited to share several updates designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall quality of service we provide.

As we continue to grow and enhance the level of service we provide, our service providers have updated their pricing—and to maintain the quality and availability you rely on, we will be implementing modest price adjustments effective January 1, 2026. These updates will support expanded administrative capacity and increased photographer availability, ensuring faster response times, smoother scheduling, and an even better client experience.

What’s New for 2026

New Booking & Invoicing System We’re introducing a new booking platform that allows weekly and monthly invoicing under one system, making billing simpler and more streamlined.

• Credit card processing fees are now included in our pricing — no additional charges.

• Square footage pricing increments have changed to 500 sq. ft. (from 1,000 sq. ft.) to ensure more accurate and fair pricing. This allows for more photos on the smaller end of the home sizes and expands proportionally as the size increases.

• Referral Program: Referral codes now offer $100 for new agents and $100 for you when they book.

• Full twilight shoots are now a package and will see a slight rate increase compared to standard sessions due to after-hours scheduling and increased shot complexity.

• Photoshop & Retouching Services

  A $7 Photoshop fee will apply for:

  Adding fire to fireplaces, logos on TVs, watermarks etc. or custom Photoshop requests
  

Still Included at No Extra Cost

• Drone photography remains complimentary, depending on flight zone restrictions and weather.

• Free seasonal stock photos, so you always have summer neighbourhood imagery available year-round
  

New Headshot & Team Photography ServicesWe’re now offering professional headshots and team photo sessions at a location of your choosing. If a backdrop is required, an additional fee may apply.
